How do I make sure I keep my Elisabietta’s in great condition?
All our shoes are made of Spanish leather and suede, which are beautiful and durable materials. But as with all
leather shoes, please avoid getting them wet. But if they do get wet, not to worry. In a few simple steps you make sure
you keep them in great condition. Allow them to fully dry before wearing them again. For the inside of the shoe, place
a sheet of tissue paper or a paper napkin within the shoe and leave it for a few minutes. Repeat the process to dry out
the shoe completely. You can use a leather conditioner to protect them.
In the event your suede shoes have marks or dirt they can be easily removed with a brush or suede cleaner. To
safeguard your shoes against marks and dirt we advise you to occasionally treat them with a protector spray.

All our shoes and are accessories are exclusively designed by our founder, Elsbeth. All designs are unique and one-of-a-kind. Inspired by everything around us. For the shoes, we are very proud of working with a family-owned factory who has been in the shoemaking industry for a very long time. Who takes care of all details, who knows where to get the most beautiful and durable materials for you and who applies to latest shoemaking techniques mixed with their shoe artisan knowledge.
How does the sizing work?
We advise you to measure your feet using our sizing guide before placing your order. Our sizes vary by product –
ballerinas, mules and foldables. You can find the sizing guide on each product page. All sizes are European sizes
unless stated otherwise. We offer sizes 35 to 42.

Do I need an account to purchase from your online store?
You don’t need to have an account to place an order. However, with having an account you can check out faster as it
securely saves your address and payment details for future purchases. But it’s not mandatory if you just want to place

When will I get my order?
Our orders are shipped via PostNL. Tracking information for orders will be emailed to you with shipping confirmation.
The item(s) will be shipped within two business days of the order date. Domestic orders in the Netherlands will arrive
within 1 to 3 business days from the shipment date. Items shipped to European Union countries will arrive in 2 to 4
business days from shipment. And items shipped to the rest of the world will arrive in 3 to 6 business days from

How do I know when my order has been dispatched?
Can I ship to an alternative address?
Yes! At checkout you can choose to get your item(s) delivered to an address other than your billing address. Please
note that once the order has been placed we are unable to change the address.
RETURNING & EXCHANGING
What is your return & exchange policy?
Unworn shoes that are still in their original condition and packaging can be returned for a refund within 28 days of
purchase. If you wish to exchange, no problem too. In just a few simple steps you can return your items to us. How?
