SHOE RETURNS & EXCHANGES
You’d like to return or exchange your Elisabietta’s? No problem! We gladly accept returns/exchanges within 28 days
of purchase that are unworn and are still in their original condition and packaging. We advise our customers to try on
Elisabietta’s on carpeted areas to prevent scuffing. If the Elisabietta’s are returned with scuff marks, we will not be
able to process the return/exchange.
If the shoes you select for an exchange are more expensive than your original order please be informed that we will refund you for the returned
items and you will need to place a new order for the pair you wish to exchange it for. In the event the shoes you’d like
to exchange to are less expensive we will refund you the price difference. Minus the shipping and handling fees, these
are at your own expense.
To return your Elisabietta’s to us just follow the few simple steps below.
HOW DO I RETURN AN ITEM?
STEP 1: To initiate a return or exchange request, please start off with emailing our Online Department (firstname.lastname@example.org) and provide a brief description of your return/exchange reason. We will follow up with you once having received the email.
STEP 2: Pack your shoes in the original package or any unmarked cardboard box that has no shipping labels or any
stickers on the box. Please make sure the item(s) is securely packed to avoid it being damaged on its way back to us.
Please be sure to accompany the original sales receipt in the package which will allow us to identify your items with your order, so your account can be credited successfully.
STEP 3: Ship back to Elisabietta Holding B.V.

When returning your Elisabietta’s you can take your package to any mail carrier of your choice. Please make sure you
send it back using the carrier’s Track & Trace service as Elisabietta Holding B.V. will not be liable for any return
packages lost in transit. Keep your tracking number safe! Elisabietta Holding B.V. is not responsible for any damages
occurred during the return shipment. It is therefore recommendable to send an email with a photo of the Elisabietta’s.
Elisabietta Holding B.V. is not liable for any customs duties and taxes that may be charged for returned items to the
Netherlands. Therefore, please ensure that you correctly complete the documents with your chosen mail carrier
ensuring that you clearly indicate that the item is a stock return.
Please note that we do not refund postage costs for returned items.
Elisabietta’s on sale are non-exchangeable/non-refundable.
Once your returned item(s) is received, inspected and approved then your refund will be processed. We’ll issue a
refund to your original method of payment. Elisabietta Holding B.V. reserves the right to reject returns.
We do not refund the original shipping and handling fees that you paid on the order.
